Forget the High Corridor: Some Women Experience Sexual Intercourse Caused By Exercise

A new study confirmed that ab exercises and other exercises can ignite the “nuclei”.

We have all heard many times: Exercise is useful for you. In addition to helping to prevent heart disease, diabetes, depression and almost anything under the sun, exercise gives you a healthy glow and makes you feel comfortable. For some women, exercise can make them feel good, as if they are reaching orgasm, there in the gym.

Often associated with abdominal exercises, the phenomenon known as “ecstasy” may seem fictitious, but Indiana University researchers say a recent study in the journal Sexual and Relationship Therapy is a reality.

After listening to stories of years of women who overcame their pleasure during the exercise, the co-author, Debbie Herbnik, co-director of the Center for the Promotion of Sexual Health of IU, decided to conduct a more formal investigation. She and her colleagues employed 370 women between the ages of 18 and 63 to complete an online survey of their experiences. The group represented women with the so-called exercise-induced euphoria (EIO) and the pleasure of sexual exercise (EISP).

Herbenick and his team found that, like “coregasm,” abdominal exercises were the most likely to achieve orgasm, with 51.4 percent of respondents saying they had peaked during the past 90 days during an exercise. basic. But there are other forms of exercise that have also been deceived. Large percentages of women refer to lifting weights, yoga (often discussed), cycling and even walking, as stimuli.

Of course, not all the women surveyed feel happy because a trip to the gym to feel burned ends up feeling much more. Many reported that they were aware of themselves when exercising in public places, and 20% reported that they could not control whether they had orgasm or not.

In a press release, Herbink says that she and her colleagues are not quite sure of the physical mechanisms that link orgasm with women, but expect their studies to lead to further investigation. He noted that the legendary sexist Alfred Kinsey and his colleagues had realized the relationship of the orgasm exercise during his research in the fifties. “But, apart from the first reports from Kenzi and his colleagues, this is a field of sexual health research for women that has been largely overlooked in the past six decades,” Herbnik said in the statement.

With regard to questions about whether regular “orgasm” exercises can help improve women’s sexual lives, Herbenick is not prepared to say Yai or not. But in a 2007 interview with men’s health, women were warned that they will try to do more to satisfy their desire to improve health during training. “If the orgasm occurs while using a good form, it can be an additional advantage,” he said. “But I advise women not to follow orgasm at the expense of the right way.”
